Human Resources Coordinator - Stable & Expanding Company in West Omaha
This respected, large company in Omaha, NE is looking for a team player with a “can do” mindset to support a variety of HR-related functions within their growing organization. This is a great opportunity for a positive individual who is eager to dip their toes into different HR processes, such as employee onboarding, off boarding, and payroll.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes, updates, and system-related items.
- Partner with HR, payroll, and other internal teams to respond to questions and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and status updates related to new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other changes.
- Assist with onboarding and off boarding of new employees.
- Find new ways to improve internal processes and system automations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a helpful, customer-service mindset.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Outlook.

Lili earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with emphasis in management, marketing, public relations, and professional selling. During her time at UNL, Lili was on the Dean’s List, and was elected Vice President of Operations for her sorority with more than 150 members, where she enjoyed making a positive impact. Lili was also an active member of Citylight Church in Lincoln where she enjoyed making new friends and leading a small group.
Lili grew up in Yankton, South Dakota in a very active family with seven children. Lili, the only girl, with six high caliber and competitive brothers, learned at an early age to be proactive, take initiative, and work hard for what you believe in and want to achieve. Lili is an active member of her church, and enjoys spending time with family, hiking, boating, cycling, cooking, travel, yoga, playing pickle ball and cheering loudly for the Huskers!
