The Recruiting Manager position for Hemphill Search Group is a high-profile, high-impact role, critical to our future. Our Recruiting Managers establish close partnerships with top accounting, finance, tax, treasury, and audit leaders in Omaha’s most impressive companies. Become a trusted advisor while delivering valuable solutions when our clients are faced with their most important decisions; getting the right players on the team!

Although it is incredibly rewarding and lucrative to partner with CEO’s, CFO’s, and Corporate Controllers to help them through the selection and closing process of recruiting the key players needed to lead their corporations; it is very challenging!

  • Accountable to high standards and outcomes related to quality, match analysis, performance, and retention matrix.
  • Executive presence, leadership, professionalism, sound business acumen, and strategy are characteristics critical to success.
  • Self-motivated, project oriented, analytical, and strategic individuals who are solution focused, and enjoy solving problems, thrive in our firm.

  • Establish partnerships with top executives and become a trusted advisor who is in the inner circle.

    Jeff graduated from Millard South High School where he played basketball and was active in student council. Jeff had fun while investing six years coaching youth basketball in the Omaha Parochial Athletic League and the Millard Junior High feeder league. Jeff studied Pre-Law at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and then transferred to Creighton where he switched his major to Organizational Communication. Prior to joining Hemphill Search Group, Jeff worked in corporate foreign currency exchange, with Travelex and Custom House, who are both now owned by Western Union Business Solutions.

    Jeff and his wife Jenny grew up in Omaha and met while in High School. They are very active and enjoy playing golf, traveling, and cheering the Cornhusker Football and Basketball teams, and they are also enthusiastic Creighton Basketball fans. Jeff and Jenny have a young and growing family, with son Connor, and daughters Kate and Grace.
