Human Resources Manager - Small Growth Company

Growing West Omaha client has an immediate need for an experienced HR Manger to assist with their corporate growth and build the Wow culture they need.  In this important role you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Develop Talent Acquisition strategy and plans

Strategic Recruiting to find top talent

Onboarding and compliance

Training and mentoring

Employee relations

Implement and monitor performance appraisal program

Benefits administration

Monitor key KPI’s and reporting

Cultural builder


Ideal candidates will have several years of full cycle Recruiting and Humana Resources experience.  Healthcare experience is preferred but not a must. Great cultural builder, positive and team player are a must for this great family friendly firm.  Experience with MS Word, Excel, social media, job boards, applicant tracking systems are required.
