Hemphill has been retained to help a highly successful wealth management firm with an excellent reputation add a key member to their leadership team.  This firm has achieved impressive year over year growth, doubling in size over the last five years.  A key to their success is tied to clients who have enjoyed excellent returns and exceptional service. 

 

Based upon their growth, strategic hires have increased the size of the team.  The decision to add a Chief Operations Officer will allow the CEO and Chief Investment Officer to concentrate on clients, and the investment strategies and decisions that are critical to the success of the firm.  The addition of a COO will make a big impact while preparing the firm for the next step in their development and growth!

 

In this position, you will report to the CEO while taking ownership for operations, administration, client service and support, systems, processes, technology, marketing, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, billing, payroll, facilities, vendor management, compliance, and human resources.  In addition, you will partner with the CEO and Directors while focused on strategy, short and long-term planning, and evaluating new business opportunities & acquisitions.
