Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this seasoned Director of Family Office will lead and grow the multi‑family office platform. This is a high‑impact role for an experienced financial leader who thrives on building trusted relationships, designing wealth strategies, and guiding multi‑generational families through complex financial decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary advisor to ultra‑high‑net‑worth families across the U.S.
  • Deliver tailored family office services: consolidated financial reporting, liquidity planning, estate & trust design, family governance, and succession strategies.
  • Collaborate with tax advisors, attorneys, and investment managers to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Lead and mentor internal teams to ensure best‑in‑class client experience.
  • Travel nationwide for in‑person meetings with client families.

What You Bring:

  • 12+ years of experience in family office, wealth management, or financial leadership.
  • Strong technical knowledge: reporting, complex entity structures, estate planning.
  • Exceptional relationship skills with Ultra High Net Worth families.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, JD, MBA, or advanced degree strongly preferred.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from DeVry University in Phoenix, then entered the recruiting industry where he thrived.  Dave moved to Fort Collins, Colorado where he led the Accounting & Finance division of a large recruiting firm for more than ten years. Dave relocated to Nebraska to be near his wife Melissa’s family and is proud to be deeply rooted in Nebraska and a Cornhusker fan!  Dave is a family man who also loves the outdoors, so you might find him hunting, fishing, camping or working with Melissa and their three sons on their small farm.
