This is a high‑impact role for an experienced financial leader who thrives on building trusted relationships, designing wealth strategies, and guiding multi‑generational families through complex financial decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary advisor to ultra‑high‑net‑worth families across the U.S.
• Deliver tailored family office services: consolidated financial reporting, liquidity planning, estate & trust design, family governance, and succession strategies.
• Collaborate with tax advisors, attorneys, and investment managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead and mentor internal teams to ensure best‑in‑class client experience.
• Travel nationwide for in‑person meetings with client families.

What You Bring:

• 12+ years of experience in financial leadership preferrably in family office .
• Strong technical knowledge: reporting, complex entity structures, estate planning.
• Exceptional relationship skills with ultra‑high‑net‑worth families.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, JD, MBA, or advanced degree strongly preferred.
