Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of month-end financials and reporting functions working closely with your accounting team to ensure correct and timely reporting is delivered to key stakeholders
• Direct cash management, oversee budgetary responsibility and advise leadership on strategic planning
• Partner with production as you analyze costs, margins, and risk across operations of the manufacturing facility
• Lead the accounting department and take ownership of performance, team culture, growth and development
