Hemphill has been hired exclusively by a growing business in the Millard area to assist with a very important search.  This company has been in business for over 30 years, is extremely stable and profitable and is looking to add a key position to their team due to an internal transfer.  Work closely with an excellent CFO and Corporate Controller who have many years of coaching and developing leaders and building engaged, productive teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership for consolidated financial statement preparation and month end analysis
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable ensuring processes and procedures are in place to free your team from antiquated processes
• Play a key role in culture building, working closely with the CFO, Controller and other leaders to ensure that every major decision has a positive impact on the department’s culture
• Interact with executive team and play a part in budgeting and forecasting
• Drive process automation initiatives and leverage technology to shorten the close and make processes more efficient
