Recruiter - Immediate Long Term Temporary Position with a Prestigious Omaha Company *Hemphill Exclusive

Our client will be adding a long-term temporary Recruiter to their team. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a fast pace environment and is capable of handling a large volume of requisitions. Experience recruiting medical professionals is a plus.

• Support the current team of Recruiters to source qualified candidates for open positions
• Once comfortable with the systems and processes, ability to be assigned requisitions and be responsible to fill open positions
• Ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers on scheduling candidate interviews and follow-up conversations
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently
• Previous experience using applicant tracking software is a plus
• Great phone skills and communication skills are necessary in this role
• Monday - Friday, 8-5 work schedule
