Chad has more than 10 years of diverse experience in accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, pricing, logistics, contract negotiations, and marketing. While focused on selection and match analysis, Chad relies upon his diverse industry experience in public accounting and private industry.  Chad started his career in banking then gained valuable experience in public accounting.  After graduate school, Chad joined Union Pacific Railroad where he progressed into a management position.  Chad earned several awards including the Representative of the Quarter Award for his work negotiating contracts, improving yield through efficiencies, reducing cost, taking ownership for improved customer outcomes, process improvement, and overall profit improvement.  While working across industries, Chad believes, “The common factor is simple; the most successful companies are made up of talented individuals well positioned for success, working together as a cohesive team while focused on leading the company to its full potential.”

“I enjoy helping leaders identify, select, and hire individuals who step in and thrive in their new position while having fun and moving toward their career goals.  Finding the “right match” creates a true win - win which feels great.”  Chad takes the time to really get to know the individuals he assists through career growth.  “It is important to gain a clear understanding of a person’s experience, skills, and the type of work they are great at and love doing.  True career satisfaction and identifying the “right match” is tied to an individual doing the work they are great at, and love doing while making sure their personality is well matched with the position, department, and the company’s overall culture.”  Chad is diligent while making sure he has identified the “right match” before making a recommendation.
