Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of accounting including monthly close / board reporting, accruals, accounts payable, billing and endowment fund reporting
• Oversee all aspects of Operations including building access, IT, Human Resources and Payroll
• Play a strategic role, as a key member of the leadership team, helping push this organization to the next phase in their development
• Walk into a function that is in excellent shape, allowing you to focus on value-add activities; this is not a cleanup situation at all
