BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE MANAGER *** HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE***
Immediate opportunity to support a small growing business as their Office Manager. Team oriented environment where every individual is willing and eager to help out. In this role, you will wear a variety of hats including all Bookkeeping and some HR duties. Specific Job Duties but not limited to:
- Bookkeeping from front to back
- Cash reconciliations
- M/E Roll-up and reporting
- Sales and Use tax
- Human Resources
- New hire paperwork
- Drug screens/Background checks
- Screening candidates
- 401k & Benefits Admin.
If you are detail oriented, organized, and enjoy building relationships within a team, this may be a great fit. Ideal candidate will be team oriented and adaptable to take on several tasks to support the team.
