Benefits Administrator

Dynamic Omaha growth company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to add to their team as a temp-to-hire. The qualified candidate will perform the following duties and bring with them the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities to be an effective member in this organization.

 

Duties:

Benefits Administration

Administration of all leave programs

Reporting and Testing of plans

Affordable Care Act monitoring

Manage Wellness Program

Backup for Payroll

Competencies:

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ Years of Benefits/Payroll experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Excellent Communication Skill / Relationship / Rapport Building

Knowledge of HRMS software

Ability to work on own

High sense of urgency

Confidentiality

High attention to details
