• Take ownership for the most challenging elements of the consolidation process for this growing business with multiple P&L’s and business units
• Improve processes tied to account reconciliation efficiency - this company loves tech-savvy accounting professionals with an eye for process improvement
• Work on special project teams tied to acquisition integration and purchase accounting
• Participate in new accounting standard analysis and interact with external auditors
• Coach and mentor more junior staff as you are groomed to step into a leadership role
