Trainer/Instructional Designer **** HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE****

Our growing client has a need for a Trainer/Instructional Designer to create/develop E-Learning modules, create curriculum and train their dynamic team. This is an excellent consulting project with a very reputable Omaha company. This in an on-site project and cannot be completed remotely. Job duties include but not limited to:

• Ability to create curriculum based on companies needs
• Ability to publish the e-learning modules to the Management Learning System
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts in creating and designing e-learning modules
• Ability to perform training sessions- individual and group
• Self-starter, ability to create, test, and ensure modules are functional
• Monday - Friday / 8-5 work schedule
