Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

PART TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH AN ESTABLISHED WEST OMAHA COMPANY~VERY COMPETITIVE PAY

One of our clients is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to work 25-30 hours per week supporting a driven team of individuals. Great company culture with a team oriented environment. Specific job duties include:

  • Scanning and organizing documents for online document storage
  • Payable processing for overhead expenses and preparing expense reports
  • Backup Receptionist duties including answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Organizing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Administrative support for corporate and office staff
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Proficient in Typing, 10-Key, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Monday - Friday / daytime schedule

If you are detail oriented person and have strong organizational skills this may be a good fit. Great communication skills and collaborating with a team are keys to success in this role.
