Jill
has
more than 7 years of experience within
recruiting, management, business administration,
sales, and marketing.
She spends 100% of her time helping companies select
and hire individuals within the field of office
administration. She works closely with Executive
Assistants, Office Managers, Sales Assistants,
Administrative Assistants, Receptionists, and
individuals with a wide range of experience within
administrative and clerical positions. Jill
takes the time to really understand each
individual’s skills, experience, career goals and
interests while ensuring that the “right match” is
found both for our client company as well as the
individual we are placing. She is meticulous in
making sure the individuals she recommends are
well-positioned for long-term success. Jill takes
great pride in helping many of Omaha’s most
successful and impressive companies hire the right
individuals within office administration.

During her tenure as Operations Manager for one of
Omaha’s high profile retail boutiques, Jill
developed her strength in recruitment, selection and
management. She earned her Bachelors degree from
Creighton University where she majored in
Entrepreneurship with an emphasis in Finance. Jill
is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of
Nebraska at Omaha. She is a Certified Staffing
Professional (CSP) with the American Staffing
Association and is actively involved in the Omaha
Chamber of Commerce and the Young Professionals
Organization, a local, non-profit comprised of young
professionals who are involved civically and
socially in the Omaha community.
Jill
grew up in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and enjoys
traveling, being outdoors, and hanging out with her
family. Her pets Pablo and Nalah (both Doberman
Pinschers), Lucy (an adventuresome cat from the
Humane Society), and lots of saltwater fish keep her
home lively. |

Casee
brings over 8 years of experience within
office administration, business development, sales
and marketing to her role as a Recruiting Manager on
Hemphill Search Group’s Office Administration team.
Casee’s experience as the Executive Assistant for
two of the principals of a leading private equity
firm gives her firsthand knowledge and an advantage
while partnering with client companies to identify
the individuals who are the “right match” for the
key positions she is responsible for filling.
Casee is highly-motivated and tenacious while
staying focused finding the “right match” for each
individual she places.

Prior to joining the Hemphill Search Group team,
Casee gained excellent experience as an Executive
Assistant for EnCap Investments, a leading private
equity firm in Houston that provides funding for the
oil and gas industry. After moving back to the
Midwest, Casee progressed into a business
development position where she was recognized as an
award-winning producer for a Fortune 500 financial
services company.
Casee grew up in the Des Moines area and earned her
Bachelor of Arts degree from Grand View College
where she was a member of the National Qualifying
Women’s Basketball team in 2003.
Casee and her husband Andy, an Assistant Coach for
the Creighton men’s basketball team have two
children – Drew who is seven and a daughter, Alyx
who is less than one year old. In her spare time,
Casee enjoys running and watching Creighton
basketball games. |

Wendy
has more than 11 years of experience in the
recruitment and staffing industry, and
more than 6 years of leadership on our team.
Wendy has forged strong relationships with Omaha’s
leaders in human resources, business administration,
accounting & finance. She specializes in the
placement of Office Administration and Human
Resources professionals. Wendy is called upon to
fill administrative positions in large and small
companies throughout Omaha and is known for her
ability to identify the real star players when
Omaha’s most respected companies are in need of an
Executive Assistant. She
is known for her quality-focused selection
approach, while taking the time to ensure that
“the right match” for the client company and the
individual we place is achieved. As a Professional
of Human Resources (PHR), Wendy has a keen
understanding of the advanced trends, laws and
innovative approaches in the field of Human
Resources and Recruiting. She is an active member
of Human Resources of the Midlands (HRAM), and eager
to provide assistance to her fellow human resource
professionals.
After a career in restaurant management and more
than three years in customer service and as a
Trainer with a financial software firm, Wendy was
recruited into Robert Half International’s Accountemps Division. She was recognized as a top
performer and promoted to Director of Accountemps in
1998, where under her leadership, Accountemps
reached record performance levels, which still stand
today. Wendy teamed up with Dan Hemphill to launch
Hemphill Staffing Solutions in September of 2001.
After the successful launch of Hemphill Staffing
Solutions, and in response to the consistent demand
from our client companies, she accepted the
challenge of launching the Human Resources and
Office Administration Divisions of Hemphill Search
Group in 2004.
Wendy
is a native of Omaha and a graduate of Millard North
High School. In May 1987, she graduated from the
University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a Bachelors
of Science in Business Administration. Wendy
is our Social Chairman with hobbies including golf,
travel, spending time with friends, and the careful
selection of Mr. Right. |

Ashley Smith

Ashley is in charge of “first impressions” at
Hemphill Search Group and ensures that all of our
candidates and clients are greeted in a way that
they know that we care. She plays a key role in our
Office Administration division while managing
administration, research, database integrity, and
marketing initiatives, while coordinating all
candidate testing for the firm.
Ashley is originally from Des Moines, Iowa, and
graduated Summa Cum Laude from Graceland University
in Lamoni, Iowa, with a Bachelor of Arts in English
and Cinema Studies. While attending college, Ashley
worked as an Assistant Manager at a high-end retail
firm where she supervised associates and new-hire
orientation. As a student worker at Graceland
University, she promoted the University through
contact with prospective students and also acted as
a Residence Hall Receptionist, where she checked
students in and out of the residence hall. Ashley
was active in the University’s theatre program where
she played both major and minor roles in college
productions and was nominated for the Irene Ryan
award for excellence in theatre.
Ashley lives in Council Bluffs, Iowa, with her
Chihuahua, Tilly. In her spare time, she enjoys
playing piano and guitar, painting, watching movies,
and dabbling in photography. |
