Our professional resume writer, Vicky DeCoster, has over 17 years of experience writing resumes for all levels including executives, middle managers, and administrative professionals. While playing key roles at three of the Big Four accounting firms (Arthur Andersen & Co., Ernst & Young, and PricewaterhouseCoopers), Vicky gained over 20 years of valuable business experience.

Vicky is an award-winning, internationally-published writer, and author of two books of humorous essays. For several years, Vicky ran an in-home consulting business where she partnered with companies while focusing on marketing, newsletters, brochures and resume writing. Currently, Vicky works as a freelance copywriter for a publishing house, where she writes the marketing copy for back covers of books ready to be distributed to bookstores nationwide.

Vicky grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, and attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a major in Communications. She is a member of the National Resume Writers' Association and the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches. In her spare time, she travels around the Midwest for book signings and promoting the healthy benefits of incorporating laughter into every day life. Vicky and her husband Jerry enjoy running, camping, and spending time with their two children.
