for Accounting & Finance and Human Resources Divisions

Hemphill Search Group, Inc., the leader in the recruitment, selection and placement of individuals in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources and Office Administration, has promoted Allison Malone to Recruiting Specialist.  Allison will play a key role in the Accounting & Finance and Human Resources divisions while managing administration, research, database integrity, and special projects.  The demand in the Omaha area for top talent is intense and more companies refuse to “settle for the best available.” Strong demand and low supply is driving companies to engage the specialized search executives at Hemphill Search Group to ensure that they are hiring “the right player” for their team. Malone brings an array of experience to her new role at Hemphill Search Group, Inc. Previously, Allison was our Director of First Impressions while administering all skills testing and personality assessments.  Prior to joining Hemphill, she worked as an Assistant Manager in retail and as a reporter and staff writer at The Daily Dragon newspaper in Gretna, Nebraska.  In August 2006, Allison received her Bachelors of Journalism degree from the College of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln where she produced, anchored and reported for the campus television station, worked at the campus radio station as an on-air disc jockey, and was a member of the National Broadcasting Society. She joined Hemphill Search Group in late 2006.
